Product Introduction:

• Back lifting system: The back lifting is controlled by a silent gas spring.

• Guardrail panel: PE resin molded guardrail panels on both sides, effective protection height ≥ 280mm, safer for patients. The guardrail is installed on two iron plates vertically welded to the bed body through step screws, ensuring smooth movement and better strength.
• The guardrail adopts a new type of safety guardrail design, and the buckle of the guardrail is fixed by a lock buckle with a thickness of ≥ 9mm. When the guardrail is under internal force, it cannot be opened. It can be pressed from the outside to the inside to open the guardrail, effectively preventing patients from misoperation from the inside and causing bed falling accidents, making it safer.
• There are three circular holes designed on the guardrail board, which facilitate medical staff to push it from various angles and observe patients. The guardrail thickness ≥ 43mm provides better grip and higher strength.
• Casters: Four casters with a diameter of ≥ 150mm, with caster control systems at all four corners of the cart, one foot braking, and all four wheels fixed at the same time.
• Independent center fifth wheel system: Both sides of the cart are equipped with control pedals, and the center fifth wheel can move freely when retracted; When in use, i.e. in a “straight” state, it can overcome the inertial forces during transportation, effectively control the direction of movement, and make the transportation process safer. The fifth wheel has a spring damping mechanism, which can better ride on bumpy roads.When not in use, the fifth wheel has a ground clearance height of ≥ 40mm for better passability.The fifth round can be independently disassembled and repaired.
• Tray: There is a two-stage tray made of injection molding under the bed body. The tray is divided into two parts of different sizes and depths, with ≥ 6 leakage holes for easy use. The tray can bear a weight of 10kg.
• The infusion rack storage rack is equipped with an infusion rack storage rack at the bottom of the back panel, which can be fixed and stored when not in use. The infusion rack storage rack has a plastic cover inside to prevent collision and shaking of the infusion rack.
• Oxygen cylinder rack, which can horizontally place up to 7 liters of oxygen cylinders under the bed board, and has two knobs for fixing.
• Transfer mattress: The mattress is constructed in three sections, with waterproof surface treatment on the fabric, easy to clean, and zippers installed at the four corners.
• There are ≥ 4 stainless steel metal hooks on the side of the bed, which are stronger and more aesthetically pleasing.
• The bed chassis frame is made of 30 * 60 * 1.5mm square tube U-shaped bent and vertically welded, with better strength and stable pushing.
• Infusion rack socket: There are infusion rack sockets around the bed, which can be rotated out to place the infusion rack when in use, and can be stored under the bed when not in use. It is also equipped with a plum blossom shaped knob to fasten the infusion rack effectively to prevent shaking. There is a plastic sleeve inside the infusion rack socket to prevent collision, which is more beautiful and convenient to use.
